We also collect and store the applicable business information in connection with any employer/contact project placement users also using our services including the business name (which may include the name of any sole proprietor business), physical address, phone number and other business contact information provided by such user during membership account creation (collectively “BI”). We use this information as set forth in the remainder of this Policy. All credit card or other billing information submitted is only used for payment processing or fraud prevention and we do not share or disclose credit card or other billing information with third parties except with our third party payment processor. Any specific credit card or billing information will not be kept on our server logs longer than necessary in order to complete the subscription transaction, unless you elect that we retain your credit card information for future purchases, or pursuant to any recurring fees required to be paid in connection with our membership subscription services.
